Data Collection and Usage

1. Location Data

Location data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of providing real-time tracking and safety monitoring features. This enables authorized parents or legal guardians to determine the device location for protection and supervision purposes.

Location access is only activated after explicit user permission is granted on the device. The application does not access or transmit location data without such consent.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the use of location tracking complies with all applicable laws and that the device user has been informed of such monitoring. Unauthorized or unlawful tracking is strictly prohibited.

2. Device and Account Information

The application may collect and process device and account information to uniquely identify devices, authenticate users, and establish secure communication between authorized parent and child devices.

This includes technical device identifiers, system-level metadata, and account-related data required to operate the service securely and prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

No captured images or screen data are transmitted to external servers unless explicitly initiated by the user. All data remains on the device and under the control of the authorized user.

4. Storage Access and File Management

The application may be granted access to device storage for the purpose of enabling file management and parental supervision features. This includes viewing, adding, modifying, transferring, or deleting files and data stored on the device.

Such access is strictly limited to functionality required for safety, device control, and responsible usage management. All actions are performed under system-level permissions explicitly granted by the user.

No storage access occurs without prior authorization. The application does not bypass platform security restrictions or access data without user-granted permissions.

Under no circumstances does the application modify, transmit, or interfere with communication data. Access is strictly limited to viewing existing information available on the device.

6. Device Control Features

The application may enable advanced device control functions for authorized parental supervision, including device restriction, application blocking, visibility control, modification of application appearance (name and icon), and device reset operations, including factory reset and storage reset where supported.

These capabilities are provided strictly for lawful parental control and device management purposes. Certain operations may be irreversible and can result in permanent loss of data.

All control actions are subject to explicit user-granted permissions at the operating system level. No action is performed without proper authorization.

The user expressly acknowledges full responsibility for all actions performed using these features and agrees to ensure lawful, transparent, and consent-based use. Any unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful use—including concealment of applications or destructive actions—is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.

7. Data Encryption and Decryption

The application may enable encryption and decryption of device storage or selected data for security and emergency protection purposes. This functionality is intended to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access in situations such as device loss, theft, or security threats.

All encryption-related actions require explicit user consent and proper authorization. These operations may restrict access to data and can result in data being inaccessible if misused or improperly handled.

The application does not perform encryption or decryption without user-initiated action and granted permissions.

The user acknowledges full responsibility for the use of this feature, including lawful use, proper consent, and secure management of access credentials. Any misuse, including unlawful data concealment or restriction, is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Media Overlay and Display Customization

The application may enable media overlay functionality, including displaying video content over the device interface, playing audio, and modifying visual elements such as wallpapers via external sources (e.g., URLs), for the purpose of parental supervision and device interaction.

These features are intended solely for legitimate use cases such as alerts, notifications, or controlled content delivery. All functionality requires explicit user-granted permissions and operates within the limitations of the device operating system.

The application does not perform any overlay or display modification without authorization and does not bypass system security controls.

Users acknowledge full responsibility for ensuring that all displayed content is lawful, non-deceptive, and used with proper consent from the device user. Any misuse, including misleading overlays, forced content display, or unauthorized interface manipulation, is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.

How Data is Used
